Mr. Medlin, owner and operator of Sandhill
Tractor, Inc. will use this building for rental
purposes. The 70' x 75' MESCO
Metal Building will be divided into two rental spaces. Robert
Faulkner, owner of Gasworks LLC will utilize
one of the spaces while the other space has yet
to be rented. This building was ordered with
a 5' overhang on the gable end to provide shelter
over the entrances. Eight feet of siding under
this overhang was left open to allow for masonry,
which was contracted by Mr. Medlin as was the glasswork.
